Recently, Ultravision's school bus monitoring system was successfully deployed on hundreds of school buses in Bahrain. At the same time, hundreds of school bus network nodes were officially launched on the uffizio software platform. The project aims to simplify the management process of Bahrain's school bus fleet, improve the overall operational efficiency of the fleet, and ensure the safety of drivers and students.

Ultravision Technology, as an AI video telematics solutions provider with over 16 years in the global B2B market. This project represents their first partnership with uffizio, and it has already garnered positive feedback from customers, who praised the effectiveness of the system through on-site videos and photographs.

The Ultravision school bus monitoring system comprises a 4-channel HDD MDVR equipped with 4G connectivity and GPS functionality; four high-definition vehicle cameras; and a monitor. This setup enables 4-channel 1080P video recording, real-time GPS tracking, and remote viewing, ensuring comprehensive oversight of each bus's operations.

The successful implementation of this system simplifies fleet management, enhances safety for drivers and students, and increases satisfaction among parents and schools. The uffizio platform offers tailored services from four key perspectives:

Parents: They can track their children's bus locations and schedules in real time, receiving instant notifications about delays or arrivals for peace of mind.

Schools: Administrators can monitor the real-time locations and video footage of all operating school buses, ensuring swift responses in emergencies.

Fleet Managers: The platform provides tools for route planning, driver performance assessment, and bus utilization metrics, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.

Drivers: They receive route guidance, navigation support, and schedule management to facilitate timely transportation of students.

This deployment is being rolled out in phases, with plans for future expansion. From the outset, Nancy Huang, regional sales manager at Ultravision, demonstrated exceptional commitment to understanding customer needs and ensuring timely delivery. Meanwhile, Jack Ma, a senior software engineer, has been collaborating closely with Jainika and other uffizio engineers in debugging, ensuring its successful rollout. Let’s applaud their dedication!
