Q: What should I do if there are some problems that I can’t solve them by myself?

A: Mark the model number and software version number, and submit a detailed description of the problem to our technical support engineer for analysis.

The more detailed you describe, the more convenient it is for us to assist you in analyzing and processing.

Q: What should I do when there is no video output from the on-board host device?

A: 1. Check the power-on status of the host. Check the input power of the device, check whether the power cord is connected correctly, whether the ground wire is connected to the battery, and whether the insurance on the power cord is intact; at the same time, check whether the red and yellow wires of the main unit power supply are normal. If there is only one wire for power supply, then the main unit It cannot be started.

2. Check whether the display is powered, and whether the display video is switched to AV and corresponding channel status.

3. Check the connection status of the host video output line and the display.

Q: The host has been restarting

A: 1. Check whether the voltage of the equipment is insufficient and the starting voltage of the equipment is not reached, causing the equipment to restart all the time;

2. A hard disk/SD card failure may cause the device to fail to start. Remove the storage device and turn it on again to determine whether the storage device is faulty.

Q: What should I do when the host video input interface and camera input interface are different?

A: The vehicle-mounted host uses a 4-pin connector, and the camera is a BNC connector or aviation head type. If they are inconsistent, please use a conversion connector for connection, or use a standard connection with the line sequence definition of the vehicle host.

Q: The device is turned on and the hard disk has been installed, but what should I do if the video is not recorded?

A: 1. Check whether the hard disk is in good contact, and whether the front panel HDD/SD, etc. are lit.

2. Check whether the hard disk/SD can be detected after installation. Press info to view the disk capacity status. You can connect the disk to the computer first

After formatting on the device, put it on the device and try again. After the device detects the disk during the startup process, it will automatically pre-allocate the disk;

3. Whether the recording channel is closed, whether the timing recording is set, the recording will not be performed during the no longer recording time period.

Q: The video file is lost, or there is no video file for a certain period of time?

A: 1. Determine the time period by analyzing the first video file lost before the final video file and the first video file after recovery.

2. Confirm whether the host has not been turned on during that period of time, for example, if the driver stops midway, loading and unloading, etc., the host has not set a delay video.

Q: The on-board pan/tilt cannot be controlled, and it cannot be rotated up, down, left, and right?

A: Whether the protocol and baud rate of the pan/tilt are set correctly, whether the address code corresponds to it, and whether the channel's view is checked when controlling the pan/tilt.

The frequency is selected as maximized. For example, to control the first channel, the image of the first channel must be maximized to the screen to control.

Other questions

Q: Some channel black screen, why?

A: Some channel images are found to be black in the monitoring screen. The possible reasons for this phenomenon are as follows:

This channel is not connected to video; the camera connected to this channel is damaged or works abnormally; if the power supply of the camera is from the device, the voltage provided by the device may be insufficient; the cable connecting this channel is not in good contact or is damaged.

Q: When playing back on the PC, the video file cannot be played back, why?

A: The possible reasons are as follows: the video file path or video file is not selected. Please select the path of the video file before playing; the local video file is damaged and cannot be read.

Q: The remote control doesn’t work, why?

A: The possible reasons are as follows: the remote control is not equipped with batteries; the remote control is damaged; the equipment is malfunctioning.

Q: During playback, the map is not displayed, why?

A:The possible reasons for the map not displaying during playback are as follows: The PC that is playing back the video is not connected to the network cable;

The network cable is connected, but the computer cannot access the Internet.

Q: When recording on SD card and hard disk, what is the way of recording overwrite?

A: The SD card and the hard disk will record separately. When the SD card and the hard disk are full, the original recordings in both of them will be deleted.
